Jij blijft scherp, neemt snelle en doordachte beslissingen. Soms betekent dit dat je een metro iets langer laat wachten, zodat overstappen tóch mogelijk is. Andere keren schakel je met handhaving of hulpdiensten om de situatie veilig te houden. Of je nu een storing oplost of de dienstregeling aanpast, jouw werk houdt het metroverkeer veilig en in beweging. Zie jij jezelf in een regierol over het Amsterdamse metroverkeer? Dan is dit jouw volgende stap. Dit ga je doen In de rol van verkeersleider houd je het overzicht over het metroverkeer en grijp je direct in als er iets gebeurt. Je werkt met verschillende systemen, schakelt met collega's en zorgt ervoor dat alles veilig en beheersbaar blijft. Dag én nacht. Zo waarborg je samen met je collega's de veiligheid én punctualiteit van het metroverkeer. - Je volgt het metroverkeer op de voet. Zodra er iets misgaat, een storing, vertraging of incident, analyseer je snel wat er aan de hand is en neem je beslissingen. - Je stuurt bij in de planning, geeft duidelijke instructies aan bestuurders en stemt af met baanwerkers, operators, technici en veiligheidspersoneel. - Tijdens nachtdiensten begeleid je onderhoudsvoertuigen en coördineer je welke metro's beschikbaar zijn voor schoonmaak, reparatie en inzet de volgende dag. - Je regelt logistieke zaken achter de schermen en zorgt dat alle processen blijven draaien. - Je rijdt soms mee met bestuurders om situaties beter in te schatten.
