- Mitverantwortung für die Organisation und Überwachung des Fahrbetriebs im Linien-, Reise- und Shuttleverkehr - Einsatzplanung von Fahrzeugen und Fahrpersonal entsprechend dem vereinbarten Pensum - Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten gesetzlichen Vorschriften (z. B. Lenk- und Ruhezeiten, Betriebssicherheit, Arbeitsschutz) - Verantwortung für Qualität, Sicherheit und Zuverlässigkeit des Fahrbetriebs - Ansprechpartner*in für Behörden, Auftraggeber und interne Stellen im definierten Zuständigkeitsbereich - Bearbeitung von Störungen, Ereignissen und Kundenrückmeldungen - Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Betriebsabläufen und Dokumentationen - Unterstützung bei Instruktion, Schulung und Kontrolle des Fahrpersonals

Ihr Profil

- Anerkennung als Verkehrsleiterin gemäss geltender Gesetzgebung Deutschland: Verkehrsleiterin gemäss PBefG und VO (EG) Nr. 1071/2009 Österreich: Verkehrsleiterin gemäss Kraftfahrliniengesetz (KflG) und VO (EG) Nr. 1071/2009 - Alternativ: Bereitschaft, die entsprechende Verkehrsleiterprüfung zu absolvieren - Erfahrung im Personenverkehr, idealerweise im Bus-, Reisebus- oder Shuttlebereich - Gute Kenntnisse der einschlägigen nationalen und europäischen Vorschriften - Organisationsstärke, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und selbstständige Arbeitsweise - Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit - Sicherer Umgang mit Dispositions- und Planungssystemen - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
