Voor een immokantoor in Waregem zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste vastgoedmakelaar om onze groei verder te ondersteunen.

Vanuit ons recent vernieuwde kantoor beheer je een bestaande klantenportefeuille en bouw je die verder uit. Jouw missie?

Nieuwe verkoopdossiers binnenhalen, klanten begeleiden van A tot Z en correcte deals sluiten tussen verkoper en koper.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je beheert én breidt een klantenportefeuille uit.
  • Je verzorgt de administratie van jouw dossiers.
  • Je gaat via actieve prospectie op zoek naar nieuwe verkoopdossiers.
  • Je begeleidt klanten doorheen het volledige koopproces tot aan de akte.
  • Goede deals sluiten en tevreden klanten maken jouw dag helemaal goed!

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je hebt een commerciële mindset en een passie voor vastgoed.
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over ervaring in verkoop of vastgoed.
  • Flexibiliteit en doorzettingsvermogen typeren jou.
  • een geboren netwerker, sterk in onderhandelen en haalt energie uit deals sluiten.
  • sociaal, eerlijk, representatief en een echte teamplayer.
  • Je kent de regio Waregem als geen ander en bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
