Als Verkoopadviseur ben jij het gezicht van de organisatie. Je bezoekt particuliere klanten thuis, brengt hun woning en wensen in kaart en adviseert hen over passende isolatieoplossingen. Je vertaalt jouw advies naar een concreet voorstel en begeleidt de klant van het eerste gesprek tot en met de afronding.

Je werkt met warme leads, waardoor je agenda al grotendeels gevuld is en jij je kunt focussen op waar je goed in bent: adviseren, overtuigen en verkopen.

De organisatie helpt particuliere woningeigenaren al jarenlang met eerlijk advies en slimme isolatieoplossingen. Met innovatieve technieken worden woningen comfortabeler en energiezuiniger gemaakt. Je komt terecht in een ambitieuze en informele werkomgeving waar prestaties worden gewaardeerd en volop ruimte is voor persoonlijke en professionele ontwikkeling.

Jij bent iemand die makkelijk contact maakt en energie krijgt van het behalen van doelen. Je bent overtuigend, commercieel ingesteld en weet kansen bij klanten om te zetten in concrete resultaten. Je bent zelfstandig, klantgericht en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen succes.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

- Minimaal mbo 4 werk- en denkniveau; - Goede communicatieve en commerciële vaardigheden; - Een resultaatgerichte en proactieve houding; - Een klantgerichte en representatieve uitstraling; - Het vermogen om makkelijk met verschillende typen mensen te communiceren; - Een zelfstandige werkhouding en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel; - Een commerciële instelling en het vermogen om kansen te signaleren; - De motivatie om jezelf zowel professioneel als financieel verder te ontwikkelen; - Rijbewijs B; - De bereidheid om veel onderweg te zijn en klanten op locatie te bezoeken.
