Dan is deze functie als Medewerker Verkoopbinnendienst misschien precies wat je zoekt! Voor een mooie organisatie in de regio Veenendaal zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste collega voor de verkoopbinnendienst. In deze functie ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, sales en de interne organisatie. Wat ga je doen? Als medewerker Verkoopbinnendienst ben je dagelijks bezig met: - Het onderhouden van telefonisch en schriftelijk contact met klanten; - Het adviseren van klanten over producten en mogelijkheden; - Het opstellen en opvolgen van offertes; - Het verwerken en begeleiden van orders; - Het signaleren van commerciële kansen; - Het ondersteunen van de buitendienst; - Het beantwoorden van vragen en oplossen van eventuele problemen; - Het onderhouden van een goede relatie met bestaande klanten. Je bent dus niet alleen administratief bezig. Je denkt commercieel mee en zorgt ervoor dat klanten goed worden geholpen. Wat breng jij mee? Wij zoeken iemand die: - MBO+ of HBO werk- en denkniveau heeft; - Ervaring heeft in een commerciële binnendienstfunctie óf graag de stap naar sales wil maken; - Communicatief sterk en klantgericht is; - Commerciële kansen weet te herkennen; - Nauwkeurig en georganiseerd werkt; - Zelfstandig kan werken, maar ook graag onderdeel is van een team; - Een positieve en professionele instelling heeft. - Een leuke en afwisselende commerciële functie; - Een goed salaris, passend bij jouw ervaring en achtergrond; - Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden; - Ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen; - Een prettige werkomgeving met enthousiaste collega's; - Een functie met uitzicht op een langdurige samenwerking; - Mogelijkheden om door te groeien binnen de organisatie.
