Ben jij klantgericht, sociaal en vind je het leuk om dagelijks met verschillende mensen in contact te staan? Wil je werkervaring opdoen en tegelijkertijd werken met een duurzaam product? Je helpt klanten graag persoonlijk, luistert naar hun wensen en denkt mee over de juiste e-bike. Daarnaast ondersteun je de klantenservice, beantwoord je vragen en help je mee met verschillende administratieve werkzaamheden. Jouw werk als Verkoop & Klantcontact Medewerker Als Verkoop & Klantcontact Medewerker ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten in de showroom in Amsterdam. Je ontvangt bezoekers, geeft advies en begeleidt hen tijdens hun bezoek. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het ontvangen van klanten in de showroom; - Het adviseren over de e-bikes en meedenken met de wensen van de klant; - Het begeleiden van testritten; - Het beantwoorden van vragen van klanten; - Het ondersteunen van de klantenservice via e-mail en telefoon; - Het uitvoeren van administratieve werkzaamheden. Je vindt het leuk om verschillende werkzaamheden af te wisselen en zowel met klanten als achter de schermen bezig te zijn. Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent proactief en ziet waar je kunt helpen. Affiniteit met fietsen en duurzaamheid is mooi meegenomen. Je werkt namelijk met een product dat klanten helpt om een duurzamere keuze te maken.
