Hoe ziet een job als verkoopadviseur er bij Serry uit?

Als verkoopadviseur bij Serry heb je een passie voor interieur(inrichting). Zowel particuliere als professionele klanten komen bij jou terecht voor advies en begeleiding. Je staat hen telefonisch, via mail, aan de balie en in de toonzaal te woord. Het is jouw taak om de wensen en behoeften van de klant te achterhalen. Je begeleidt hen in het maken van hun keuze en weet uiteindelijk een passende verkoopovereenkomst af te sluiten. In de weg hiernaartoe stel je offertes op en bereken je oppervlaktes op basis van bouwplannen of schetsen. Je volgt je lopende dossiers steeds nauwgezet op. Je werkt vijf dagen per week, waarvan zaterdag er één is.

  • Kindness is key; je staat klanten steeds met de glimlach te woord
  • Je bent niet alleen spontaan, maar hebt bovendien een vlotte pen om o.a. e-mail correspondentie correct te laten verlopen.
  • Communiceren doe je helder en duidelijk
  • Je bent overtuigend, weet te adviseren en te verkopen
  • Je werkt oplossingsgericht en zelfstandig; je bent een aanspreekpunt voor klanten en weet ook in onverwachte situaties je plan te trekken
  • Ervaring in verkoop, bij voorkeur in de interieursector, is een pluspunt
  • It’s all in the details; je werkt nauwgezet, verliest niets uit het oog en weet je prioriteiten te stellen
  • Je bent flexibel, ziet werk en voelt aan waar je moet bijspringen
  • Je spreekt nederlands maar ook het Frans en Engels beheers je om ons cliënteel te woord te kunnen staan
  • Kennis van Microsoft Office is een vereiste
