In onze winkel in Sittard Geleen zoeken we een enthousiaste verkoopadviseur die energie krijgt van klanten helpen en adviseren. Of iemand nu langskomt voor een e-bike, een stadsfiets of een kinderfiets: jij luistert naar de wensen, denkt mee en zorgt dat de klant met de juiste fiets én een goed gevoel de deur uitgaat. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een fijne sfeer in de winkel en een winkelpresentatie waar je trots op kunt zijn. Wat ga je doen? Als verkoopadviseur ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die onze winkel binnenlopen. Jij helpt hen bij het vinden van de fiets die het beste past bij hun wensen en gebruik. Met jouw advies en enthousiasme maak je het verschil in het aankoopproces. Heeft een klant zijn keuze gemaakt? Dan zorg jij dat alles klopt: van de bestelling tot het meedenken over handige accessoires zoals fietstassen, sloten of kinderzitjes. Daarnaast: - Adviseer je klanten over verschillende soorten fietsen, zoals e-bikes, stadsfietsen, transportfietsen en kinderfietsen - Zorg je voor een nette en overzichtelijke winkel - Vul je de voorraad en presentatie in de winkel aan waar nodig - Verwerk je bestellingen en administratieve taken die horen bij het verkoopproces - Denk je mee met klanten bij vragen, klachten of serviceverzoeken Waarom wil je als Verkoopadviseur bij ons aan de slag? - Oer-Hollands product: Werk met een product dat diep in het Nederlandse DNA zit. - Vrijheid en afwisseling: Een baan met veel vrijheid en variatie, waarbij je een directe impact hebt op de klanttevredenheid. - Persoonlijke touch: Gebruik je eigen persoonlijkheid om klanten te behandelen zoals je zelf ook behandeld zou willen worden.
