De organisatie helpt particuliere klanten bij het verbeteren en verduurzamen van hun woning en staat bekend om persoonlijk advies, kwaliteit en maatwerk. De showroom in Tilburg is al gevestigd. Daarnaast opent er een nieuwe vestiging in Nijmegen. Daardoor ontstaat een leuke en afwisselende functie waarbij je vanuit beide locaties kunt werken. Na het sluiten van een opdracht neemt de aftersales het verdere administratieve traject over. Hierdoor kun jij je blijven richten op klantcontact, advies en verkoop. Functieomschrijving Als verkoopadviseur verkoop je kozijnen en deuren aan particuliere klanten die hun woning willen verbeteren of verduurzamen. Het grote voordeel? Je hoeft zelf niet op zoek naar klanten. De afspraken en leads zijn er al. Aan jou de taak om van die interesse een opdracht te maken. Je werkt vanuit de showrooms in Tilburg en Nijmegen en gaat daarnaast regelmatig bij klanten thuis langs. Daar bespreek je hun wensen, bekijk je de mogelijkheden en geef je advies over onder andere kunststof, aluminium en houten kozijnen en deuren. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Klanten adviseren in de showroom en bij hen thuis; - Wensen, uitstraling en budget bespreken; - Verschillende mogelijkheden en materialen presenteren; - Offertes opstellen en persoonlijk toelichten; - Openstaande offertes actief opvolgen; - Commerciële kansen herkennen en benutten; - Onderhandelen en de opdracht sluiten. En juist dat laatste maakt deze baan interessant: goede verkoop wordt beloond. Boven op je vaste salaris ontvang je iedere maand een bonus op basis van jouw resultaten.
