Voor onze vestiging in Rijssen zijn we op zoek naar een Verkoopadviseur die particuliere kopers begeleidt van idee tot definitief ontwerp. Wij bouwen huizen voor het leven. Elke woning is uniek en daardoor is jouw werk dat ook. Als Verkoopadviseur ga je aan de slag bij onze vestiging in Rijssen. Daar werk je samen met de Vestigingsleider, met je collega Verkoopadviseur, de collega's van kopersbegeleiding, werkvoorbereiding en uitvoering. Daarnaast heb je nauw contact met de ontwerpers en tekenaars en de verkoop binnendienst. Bij SelektHuis kunnen mensen hun droomhuis laten ontwerpen. Geen cataloguswoning, maar een basisontwerp dat met talloze opties uniek te maken is. Als Verkoopadviseur ontvang je jouw potentiële klanten in de showroom in Rijssen en denk je proactief met hen mee om aan al hun woonwensen te voldoen. Jij begeleidt deze kopers bij de aankoop van een op maat gemaakte vrijstaande woning. Op jaarbasis vloeien daaruit gemiddeld 20 tot 30 daadwerkelijke verkoopcontracten voort. Tijdens het verkoop-, ontwerp-, teken- en vergunningenproces heb je intensief contact met de collega's van de ontwerpafdeling om de koperswensen binnen het bouwconcept van SelektHuis waar te maken. Na het definitief worden van het ontwerp en het tekenen van het contract begeleid je het project in eerste instantie zelf van A tot Z. Afhankelijk van jouw ontwikkeling en de marktsituatie kan op termijn ondersteuning vanuit een kopersbegeleider worden geboden. In deze functie ben je omzet- en resultaatverantwoordelijk en rapporteer je aan de Vestigingsleider.
