Conform de cao Handel in bouwmaterialen zal jouw salaris vallen in schaal 7 en 8. Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring. - Je ontvangt 25 vakantiedagen (bij een fulltime dienstverband). - Je hebt de mogelijkheid om bovenwettelijke vakantiedagen te verkopen. - Je ontvangt 12 ATV-dagen (bij een fulltime dienstverband) welke je kunt inzetten voor extra vrije dagen of (deels) kunt verkopen. - Je bouwt 8% vakantiegeld op en je hebt de keuze om deze eenmaal per jaar of maandelijks te laten uitbetalen. - BMN heeft een goede pensioenverzekering. - Je ontvangt een reiskostenvergoeding vanaf 10 kilometer tot maximaal 25 kilometer (enkele reis) - Je kunt opleidingen en trainingen volgen via onze eigen BMN Academie. Vaardigheden en vereisten Je bent een enthousiaste en gemotiveerde verkoper met een goed gevoel voor kleur en styling. Je bent commercieel ingesteld, spontaan en klantvriendelijk. Met enkele jaren ervaring in de verkoop - bij voorkeur in een vergelijkbare branche - weet je klanten op een overtuigende manier te adviseren. Je combineert je productkennis met servicegerichtheid en zorgt ervoor dat iedere klant met een passend advies de deur uitgaat. Heb je geen ervaring met het verkopen van tegels? Geen probleem, binnen TegelMegaStore leiden we je graag op tot een tegelverkoper met gedegen vakkennis. De winkel is geopend van maandag t/m zaterdag. Omdat zaterdag in de retail de drukste dag is, werk je die standaard. De overige werkdagen stemmen we in overleg met je af.
