Als Verkoopadviseur bij de ANWB in Bergen op Zoom ben jij het aanspreekpunt in de winkel. Je luistert naar de wensen van de klant, geeft persoonlijk advies en zorgt ervoor dat iemand met de juiste producten en diensten de winkel uitgaat. Geen dag is hetzelfde en juist die afwisseling maakt jouw werk leuk.

Wat ga je doen? Je houdt je voornamelijk bezig met het adviseren en helpen van klanten. Je denkt mee over wat iemand nodig heeft en geeft passend advies over de producten en diensten. Denk aan een tolvignet voor Oostenrijk, een fietsendrager, een internationaal rijbewijs, reisartikelen of een rugzak. Maar je doet meer dan alleen verkopen. Je helpt klanten op weg, beantwoordt vragen en ondersteunt collega's wanneer zij ergens niet uitkomen. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat iedere klant goed en met een prettig gevoel geholpen wordt.

Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat de winkel er verzorgd en overzichtelijk uitziet en help je mee met het uitpakken en verwerken van leveringen in de winkel of het magazijn. Het assortiment verandert met de seizoenen mee. In de zomer staan bijvoorbeeld campingartikelen centraal, terwijl je in de winter klanten helpt met onder andere sneeuwkettingen en skikleding. Hierdoor blijf je jezelf steeds nieuwe producten en kennis eigen maken.

- Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar ervaring als verkoopadviseur; - Jij hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en helpt klanten en collega’s graag vooruit; - Je bent commercieel ingesteld en communicatief vaardig; - Je bent flexibel en bereid om bij te springen bij andere vestigingen in de omgeving; - Je bent beschikbaar voor 20 tot 24 uur per week, ook in het weekend en de koopavond.
