Voor een bekende en groeiende slaapwinkelketen zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste verkoopadviseur voor de showroom in regio Dendermonde.

Je komt terecht in een stabiele onderneming met een 20-tal winkels en een webshop, gespecialiseerd in alles wat met slapen te maken heeft. Van matrassen en boxsprings tot bedtextiel, nachtkledij en accessoires: jij helpt klanten om de juiste keuze te maken.

Wat ga je doen?

Als verkoopadviseur ben jij het gezicht van de showroom. Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten zich welkom voelen en met een goed gevoel de winkel verlaten.

  • Je verwelkomt klanten op een vriendelijke en professionele manier.
  • Je luistert naar hun wensen en geeft persoonlijk advies over onder andere matrassen, bedden, bedtextiel, materialen, maten en prijzen.
  • Je begeleidt de klant van advies tot aankoop en maakt offertes en bestelbonnen op.
  • Je verwerkt bestellingen correct in het ERP-systeem en houdt de klant op de hoogte van de verdere levering.
  • Je verwerkt voorschotten en zorgt voor de bijhorende administratie.
  • Je staat klanten ook na hun aankoop verder bij via de dienst na verkoop.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de showroom er steeds verzorgd en aantrekkelijk uitziet.
  • Je helpt mee met het opmaken van bedden en het labelen van artikelen.
  • Af en toe spring je bij in een ander filiaal wanneer daar extra ondersteuning nodig is.

Je hoeft geen expert in matrassen of slaapcomfort te zijn. Je krijgt namelijk een uitgebreide opleiding van ongeveer 6 maanden in verschillende filialen. Zo leer je het assortiment, de verkoop en de werking van de verschillende winkels stap voor stap kennen.

We zoeken vooral iemand met de juiste persoonlijkheid en commerciële ingesteldheid. Ervaring in verkoop is mooi meegenomen, maar motivatie en klantgerichtheid zijn minstens even belangrijk.

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur al ervaring in een adviserende of commerciële functie.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en eigen wagen. Dit is noodzakelijk om je vlot tussen de filialen te kunnen verplaatsen.
  • Weekendwerk is geen probleem voor jou.
