En om mee te denken over vernieuwing. Dat zeggen we niet voor niets. Jouw baan als verkoopadviseur 's Ochtends help je Eline, die zó trots is dat ze haar allereerste auto gaat kopen. Later zit je om tafel met meneer en mevrouw Mulder, die door gezinsuitbreiding een passende auto zoeken. En 's middags zie je Thomas glunderend wegrijden met zijn nieuwe zakelijke auto. Wie er ook de showroom inloopt: jij zorgt dat klanten tevreden de weg op gaan én graag bij je terugkomen. Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden... - Actief vergroten van de (online) zichtbaarheid van nieuwe modellen en Hedin Automotive in de regio, leads opvolgen die binnenkomen uit verschillende kanalen en zelf bouwen aan je klantenbestand. - Klanten begeleiden van a tot z: van het eerste showroom- of online contact tot en met de aflevering van hun nieuwe of gebruikte auto. - Tijdens adviesgesprekken en onderhandelingen zorgen voor een fijne sfeer en een ultieme klantbeleving, waarbij je ook financieringen, verzekeringen en - bij zakelijke klanten - bijvoorbeeld bedrijfswageninrichting of bestickering meeneemt in je advies. - Offertes uitwerken, orders administratief verwerken en verkoopinformatie en leasesystemen up-to-date houden. - Afleveringen voorbereiden en coördineren, waarbij je in afstemming met collega's van de werkplaats of schadeherstel zorgt dat elke auto tiptop klaarstaat.
