Voor een bouwmaterialenhandel in Groningen zoeken we een Verkoopadviseur Bouwmaterialen. We zoeken iemand die al kennis heeft van bouwmaterialen en de bouw. Je hoeft absoluut geen wandelende bouwencyclopedie te zijn, maar je weet wel waar een klant het over heeft als hij om een bepaald materiaal of product vraagt. De functie vraagt namelijk om iemand die snel zelfstandig aan de slag kan. Je staat achter de balie en bent hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Voornamelijk vakmensen uit de bouw, die meestal vrij precies weten wat ze nodig hebben. En als ze het niet weten? Dan komen ze bij jou. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Klanten helpen met vragen, bestellingen en advies; - Klanten adviseren over bouwmaterialen en meedenken over passende oplossingen; - Orders invoeren en offertes maken; - Bestellingen en administratie netjes bijhouden; - Schakelen met collega's van verkoop, magazijn en logistiek; - Klanten informeren over de voortgang van hun bestelling; - Zorgen voor een nette en goed georganiseerde balie. De ene klant staat binnen met een duidelijk boodschappenlijstje, de andere heeft juist jouw kennis en advies nodig. Geen dag is hetzelfde.
