Aan de verkoopbalie, telefonisch en per e-mail help je hen met vragen over producten, prijzen en beschikbaarheid. Dankzij jouw productkennis begrijp je wat een klant nodig heeft. Je geeft praktisch advies, denkt mee over geschikte materialen en zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen goed worden verwerkt. Ook maak je prijsopgaven en schakel je met collega's wanneer je aanvullende informatie nodig hebt. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Helpen en adviseren van zakelijke klanten aan de verkoopbalie; - Adviseren over hout- en bouwmaterialen en toepassingen; - Beantwoorden van vragen via telefoon en e-mail; - Verwerken en controleren van bestellingen; - Opstellen en opvolgen van prijsopgaven; - Controleren van prijzen en beschikbaarheid; - Signaleren van aanvullende verkoopmogelijkheden; - Netjes en overzichtelijk houden van de verkoopomgeving. Over het bedrijf Je gaat aan de slag bij een gevestigde organisatie die materialen levert aan zakelijke klanten. Je komt terecht in een toegankelijk team waar collega's zelfstandig werken, maar elkaar makkelijk weten te vinden. Je wordt goed ingewerkt en krijgt de mogelijkheid om jouw kennis van producten en materialen verder uit te breiden. Wat wij vragen - Ervaring binnen de hout- en bouwmaterialenbranche; - Ervaring in een verkoopfunctie met klantcontact; - Kennis van materialen en bijbehorende toepassingen; - Mbo-werk- en denkniveau; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; - Een commerciële en servicegerichte instelling; - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden; - Je werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig.
