FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Ben jij commercieel ingesteld, heb je technisch inzicht en haal je energie uit klantencontact?

In deze rol bouw je duurzame klantenrelaties uit en ondersteun je klanten met professioneel advies over buitenschrijnwerk. Dankzij jouw commerciële flair en technische kennis help je klanten de juiste keuzes maken en zorg je voor een vlotte opvolging van hun dossiers.

Wat ga je doen?

• Offertes opmaken en nauwkeurig opvolgen • Klanten telefonisch en via mail adviseren over producten binnen het assortiment exterieur • Duurzame klantenrelaties uitbouwen en onderhouden • Gerichte commerciële belacties uitvoeren en opportuniteiten detecteren • Bestellingen verwerken en opvolgen van offerte tot levering • De buitendienst ondersteunen bij de verdere uitbouw van hun klantenportefeuille • Technische en commerciële vragen van klanten beantwoorden • Mee zoeken naar de beste oplossingen voor de behoeften van de klant

PROFIEL

Wie ben jij?

• Je hebt ervaring in een commerciële binnendienstfunctie of salesomgeving • Je hebt een sterke technische affiniteit, bij voorkeur binnen buitenschrijnwerk, bouwmaterialen of aanverwante producten • Je bent klantgericht en weet commerciële kansen te herkennen • Je communiceert vlot, zowel telefonisch als schriftelijk • Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig • Je neemt initiatief en denkt actief mee met klanten én collega's • Je bent vertrouwd met MS Office en kan vlot werken met ERP-systemen
