Locatie Het Loo Oldebroek Goed advies begint met luisteren. Als verkoopadviseur bij Vrijzon adviseer je klanten over duurzame oplossingen voor hun woning of bedrijf. Je luistert naar hun wensen, maakt een passende offerte en volgt aanvragen actief op. Vrijzon installeert thuisbatterijen, zonnepanelen, laadpalen, airco's en warmtepompen voor particulieren en het mkb in de regio. We zijn een klein, betrokken en nuchter team. Kwaliteit en tevreden klanten staan voorop. Wat ga je doen? - Je neemt contact op met klanten die informatie of een offerte aanvragen. - Je luistert naar hun wensen en geeft passend advies over onze duurzame oplossingen. - Waar nodig plan je een adviesgesprek of technische opname op locatie. - Je maakt offertes en volgt deze actief op, van aanvraag tot opdracht. - Daarnaast ondersteun je waar nodig bij werkzaamheden op de binnendienst. Wat breng je mee? - MBO-4/ HBO werk- en denkniveau. - Affiniteit met techniek en duurzame energie. - Je communiceert makkelijk, luistert goed en denkt in oplossingen. - Je werkt zelfstandig en gestructureerd. - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend. - Ervaring in verkoop en/of met CRM-systemen is een pré. - Een salaris tussen € 3.000 en € 3.800 bruto per maand , afhankelijk van je ervaring. - Een bonus boven op je salaris, afhankelijk van ons gezamenlijke succes. - 25 vakantiedagen + 13 ADV-dagen. - 8% vakantiegeld en een goede pensioenregeling. - Een belangrijke rol in de verdere groei van Vrijzon. - De mogelijkheid om je verder te ontwikkelen met opleidingen en trainingen. - Een gezellige vrijdagmiddagborrel en leuke teamuitjes.
