Dan zou de functie van Verkoopadviseur bij ALKU zomaar goed bij je kunnen passen. Je hoeft bij ons geen gladde verkoper te zijn. Sterker nog: we zoeken juist iemand die goed luistert, de juiste vragen stelt en samen met de klant kijkt naar wat écht bij zijn of haar woning past. Heb je bijvoorbeeld ervaring in een winkel, showroom of andere omgeving waarin persoonlijk advies en service belangrijk zijn? Dan maken we graag kennis met je. Jouw rol als Verkoopadviseur Als Verkoopadviseur ben jij één van de gezichten van ons Ontdekkingscentrum in Tilburg. Klanten komen bij jou omdat ze bijvoorbeeld nieuwe kozijnen, een voordeur of schuifpui zoeken. Dat is voor veel mensen geen dagelijkse aankoop. Daarom neem jij de tijd voor het gesprek. Wat vindt iemand mooi? Wat past bij de woning? Welke wensen zijn er rondom onderhoud, isolatie en veiligheid? Jij luistert, vraagt door en helpt de klant stap voor stap bij het maken van de juiste keuze. En daarna begint een minstens zo belangrijk onderdeel van je werk: zorgen dat alles goed wordt vastgelegd en geregeld. Je werkt resultaatgericht, houdt gemaakte afspraken scherp in het oog en zorgt ervoor dat klanten kunnen rekenen op een uitstekende service. Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit? Je begint de dag met een kop koffie en een goed gesprek met je collega's. Daarna ontvang je bijvoorbeeld een stel dat nieuwe kozijnen voor hun woning zoekt. Je neemt ze mee door de mogelijkheden, laat verschillende materialen, kleuren en oplossingen zien en stelt vooral veel vragen.
