Bij Norah Purmerend zijn we op zoek naar enthousiaste verkoopadviseurs die onze klanten met een oprechte glimlach helpen stralen in de perfecte outfit! - Uur per week: 0 - 38 - Locatie: Purmerend Dit doe je als verkoopadviseur bij Norah Als Verkoopadviseur ben jij het kloppend hart van onze winkel. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en zorgt ervoor dat zij zich vanaf het moment van binnenkomst tot aan de kassa welkom en gehoord voelen. - Stijladvies met een glimlach : Jij luistert naar de wens van de klant en geeft passend stijladvies waar de klant écht blij van wordt; - Samen voor resultaat : Je ziet verkoopkansen op de werkvloer en draagt actief bij aan het behalen van onze winkeldoelen; - Winkelbeleving : Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een winkel die er altijd tiptop en inspirerend uitziet, helemaal volgens de Norah-richtlijnen. - Alles soepel laten lopen : Van kassawerkzaamheden tot het verwelkomen van de laatste klant van de dag; jij zorgt dat de winkelervaring tot in de puntjes verzorgd is. - Teamplayer : Je ondersteunt je collega's, deelt je kennis en draagt bij aan de gezellige en professionele sfeer die bij Norah hoort. Wie ben jij? In deze functie deins je niet terug van een commerciële uitdaging. Je stapt graag op klanten af om een praatje te maken en je beschikt over de juiste verkoopvaardigheden. En verder: - Niveau : Je hebt een VMBO/MBO werk- en denkniveau. - Passie : Mode, styling en klantbeleving zitten in je DNA. - Ervaring : Ervaring in de retail of verkoop is mooi meegenomen. - Skills : Je hebt ervaring (of affiniteit) met kassasystemen en vindt het leuk om met targets te werken. - Persoonlijkheid : Je bent leergierig, flexibel en je straalt enthousiasme uit naar zowel klanten als je collega's.
