Je geeft deskundig advies aan de balie en in de shop, helpt aannemers, vakmensen en zzp'ers met hun vragen en denkt actief mee over hun projecten. Jij ziet commerciële kansen, verwerkt orders en zorgt dat de shop er altijd tiptop uitziet. Verder spring je bij in het magazijn als dat nodig is en beantwoord je telefoontjes van klanten. Je hoeft echt niet alles al te kunnen: nieuwsgierigheid en commercieel inzicht zijn belangrijker dan ervaring. Je krijgt de ruimte om te leren en te groeien in je functie.
