Functieomschrijving Als Verkoopadviseur Keukens ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die op zoek zijn naar hun ideale keuken. Jij vertaalt hun wensen en ideeën naar een inspirerend ontwerp en begeleidt ze van het allereerste showroombezoek tot de oplevering. Je bent niet alleen adviseur, maar ook inspirator en begeleider. Dankzij jouw persoonlijke aanpak voelt iedere klant zich gezien en gehoord. Een dag in jouw schoenen is nooit hetzelfde. Je ontvangt klanten in de showroom, vraagt door naar hun levensstijl, wensen en smaak, en zet dit om in een concreet keukenplan. Je werkt samen met een ervaren team van vijf collega's en schakelt geregeld met de backoffice zodat alles tot in de puntjes geregeld wordt. Daarnaast blijf je op de hoogte van trends en productontwikkelingen in de keukenbranche. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Ontvangen en adviseren van klanten over het brede keukenassortiment - Doorvragen naar wensen en verwachtingen, en deze omzetten in een passend ontwerp - Opstellen van offertes en afsluiten van verkoopovereenkomsten - Samenwerken met de backoffice voor een vlekkeloze orderafhandeling - Meedenken over presentatie van de showroom en productassortiment Dankzij jou… - Voelen klanten zich direct welkom en begrepen - Ontstaat er een ontwerp dat naadloos aansluit op hun wensen - Worden offertes snel en correct opgesteld - Vertrekken klanten enthousiast en goed geïnformeerd uit de showroom Sta je te popelen om jouw commerciële en creatieve skills in te zetten én jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen?
