- Verkoopleider Nefkens Nieuwegein Limburghaven 40 uur Ben jij een ervaren verkoopprofessional die energie krijgt van mensen én auto's? Als Verkoopleider (40 uur) bij Nefkens in Nieuwegein geef je dagelijks richting aan de verkoop van nieuwe en gebruikte auto's. Je coacht twee ervaren verkopers, maar staat zelf ook actief tussen de klanten en verkoopt mee. Je werkt met een grote voorraad occasions én met het sterk groeiende merk Leapmotor. Daarmee bouw je samen met het team verder aan een nieuwe merkpositie naast onze bestaande occasionactiviteiten. Je krijgt veel ruimte om commercieel mee te denken, het team verder te brengen en kansen in de markt te benutten. Dit ga je doen Als Verkoopleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de verkoopafdeling nieuw en gebruikt. Je zorgt voor duidelijke doelen, houdt de voortgang in de gaten en weet wanneer je moet bijsturen. Tegelijkertijd ben je zelf actief in de verkoop. Je spreekt klanten, adviseert over auto's, maakt deals en houdt feeling met wat er op de showroomvloer en in de markt gebeurt. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Dagelijkse aansturing van de verkoop van nieuwe en gebruikte auto's; - Coachen, motiveren en ontwikkelen van het verkoopteam; - Zelf actief verkopen aan particuliere en zakelijke eindgebruikers; - Richting geven aan het commerciële beleid en dit vertalen naar de dagelijkse praktijk; - Behandelen van klachten en zorgen voor een passende oplossing; - Werken met systemen zoals SAM en GSF; - Meebouwen aan de verdere groei van Leapmotor naast onze bestaande occasionactiviteiten; - Afstemmen met collega's binnen en buiten de vestiging en onderhouden van contacten met klanten en andere relaties.
