Als Verkoopleider Hydrauliek-componenten bij Oudshoorn Hydraulics in Woerden ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen en verder ontwikkelen van de verkoopactiviteiten rondom hydraulische componenten en systemen. Je begeleidt het verkoopteam, stelt commerciële doelen op en zorgt ervoor dat deze worden behaald. Daarbij ondersteun je collega's waar nodig en help je hen bij het verder ontwikkelen van hun kennis en vaardigheden. Daarnaast onderhoud en versterk je relaties met bestaande klanten binnen onder andere de industrie, landbouw, machinebouw en transportsector. Dankzij jouw combinatie van commercieel inzicht en technische affiniteit weet je klanten én collega's te overtuigen.
