Wöhler Nederland B.V. maakt deel uit van de internationaal actieve Wöhler-groep – een familiebedrijf met technische focus en hoofdkantoor in Bad Wünnenberg (Duitsland). Al decennialang staat de naam Wöhler wereldwijd voor kwaliteit, innovatie en precisie in de ontwikkeling, productie en verkoop van meet-, inspectie- en reinigingsapparatuur voor ambacht, bouw en industrie.

Wij willen onze aanwezigheid in de Benelux-landen verder uitbreiden. Om onze groei duurzaam vorm te geven en onze marktpositie in België gericht te versterken, zoeken wij een ervaren leidinggevende als Verkoopmanager (m/v/x) voor België, met focus op de regio Vlaanderen.

Taakomschrijving

- Strategische ontwikkeling en aansturing van de verkoopactiviteiten in België, met nadruk op de regio Vlaanderen - Uitbouw en actieve begeleiding van de bestaande klantenportefeuille en gerichte ontsluiting van nieuwe marktpotentiëlen - Opbouw van een langetermijnverkoopstrategie om de marktpositie duurzaam te versterken - Voorbereiding en op termijn operationele uitvoering van de oprichting van een nieuwe vestiging in België - Verantwoordelijk voor het volledige salesprocesmanagement en het behalen van de omzetdoelstellingen - Nauwe samenwerking met de sales- en productteams in Nederland en Duitsland - Presentatie van onze hoogwaardige Wöhler meet-, inspectie- en reinigingsproducten en deskundig technisch advies aan klanten

Functie-eisen

- Afgemaakte technische opleiding of vergelijkbare technische achtergrond, aangevuld met sterk commercieel inzicht - Meerdere jaren aantoonbare verkoopervaring, bij voorkeur in een technische omgeving en aantoonbare– leidinggevende ervaring is een pluspunt - Diepgaand technisch begrip en grote interesse in onze producten - Uitgesproken strategische vaardigheden en ervaring in het opbouwen en verder ontwikkelen van verkoopstructuren - Opleidingsniveau op MBO-niveau of hoger - Goede schriftelijke en mondelinge kennis van Engels, Nederlands, Frans en Duits - Gestructureerde, zelfstandige en doelgerichte werkstijl en een zelfverzekerde, professionele uitstraling - Goede beheersing van MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) - Passie voor techniek en plezier in zowel direct als strategisch klantcontact
