Zodra jouw shift begint, wordt het ook echt jouw tankstation. Jij weet precies wat er moet gebeuren en zorgt dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Alles valt te leren, dus specifieke ervaring of diploma's heb je niet nodig. Met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, enthousiasme en een klantgerichte instelling komt het wel goed! Je werktijden zijn flexibel. Wat je gaat doen Een nieuwe dag op het tankstation. Het is 06.00 uur, vandaag open jij de zaak. Je komt meteen in actie! Zien de shop en het buitenterrein er netjes uit? Is de voorraad aangevuld? Kloppen alle prijzen? Top. De klanten stromen inmiddels binnen. Heeft iemand hulp nodig bij het tanken of moet er brandstof afgerekend worden? Jij regelt het allemaal. Kan het ook nog efficiënter? Altijd! Wanneer jij mogelijkheden voor verbetering ziet, krijg je de vrijheid om dit op te pakken. Dat maakt je werk zo leuk; met jouw toedoen kun je het tankstation steeds beter maken! Je draait je shifts dan wel alleen, maar de constante in- en uitloop van klanten zorgt voor voldoende energie en dynamiek in je werk. Non-stop bezoek en gezelligheid!
