Verkoopmedewerker met talent voor leidinggeven De functie: - Je hebt passie voor het KARWEI assortiment en weet dit door verrassende product presentaties over te brengen op klanten en collega's; - Je hebt een constant oog voor bijverkoop en de juiste klusgerichte voorraad; - Je herkent het klantgedrag en weet hier op een adequate manier op in te spelen, je bent in staat om een gedegen verkoopgesprek te voeren; - Je adviseert en inspireert je klanten op een manier die past bij de huidige tijd, gebruikmakend van de eigentijdse (digitale) hulpmiddelen en kennis; - Je bent in staat om de klant op een vriendelijke wijze van de juiste informatie te voorzien en de klant te voorzien van alle benodigde artikelen om de complete klus uit te voeren; - Door je kennis, ervaring en onuitputtelijke energie weet je collega's en medewerkers te motiveren; - Je vindt het leuk om een groep medewerkers aan te sturen, doorgroeien naar een functie als assistent bouwmarktmanager (in opleiding) hoort tot de mogelijkheden; Wij vragen: - Minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau; - Aantoonbare ervaring met verkopen; - Een commerciële en enthousiaste instelling; - Affiniteit met doe-het-zelf werken/of producten is een pré; - Ervaring met leidinggeven is een pré; Wij bieden: - Werken in een leuk team, voor een leuk merk; - Volop opleidings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden; - Prima arbeidsvoorwaarden.
