Als verkoopmedewerker bij Leen Bakker maak je de verwachtingen van onze klanten waar. Dat doe je door klanten te helpen bij het inrichten van hun huis. Je geeft advies en inspireert. Ook zorg je er samen met je collega's voor dat de winkel er iedere dag tiptop uitziet. Zo maak je van bezoekers enthousiaste klanten. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een optimaal winkelresultaat. Heb je zelf goede ideeën om klanten nog beter te bedienen? Top! Dat noemen we ondernemerschap en dat waarderen we. Wat maakt dit een leuke baan? Je bent een verkoper in hart en nieren. Je weet: enthousiaste klanten komen terug en gladde verkooppraatjes jagen klanten weg. In de winkel zorg je met je collega's voor een vriendelijke sfeer. Ervaring als verkoopmedewerker is een voordeel maar heb je die niet? Enthousiasme om het verkoop vak te leren, vinden we net zo belangrijk. Naast het helpen van onze klanten zorg je er ook samen met jouw collega's ook voor dat de winkel er fantastisch uit ziet en de schappen gevuld zijn.
