Liever een eigen zaak? Word franchisenemer bij Pearle. Wat ga je doen als verkoopmedewerker? Je ziet een klant twijfelend bij de zonnebrillen staan. "Waar ben je naar op zoek?" Samen passen jullie verschillende modellen van merken als Ray-Ban en Oakley. Jij legt uit hoe de glazen met Crizal-coating helpen tegen reflecties en krassen. Dan komt dat moment: ze zet een bril op en straalt helemaal! "Ja, deze is perfect!" zegt ze enthousiast. Vanaf dag één leer je van een ervaren collega hoe je klanten adviseert, brillen perfect afstelt en welke glazen het beste zicht geven. Je krijgt de tijd om alles onder de knie te krijgen en werkt steeds zelfstandiger. Tijdens je werkdag houd je je bezig met: ✔ Klanten helpen met het kiezen van monturen, zonnebrillen en glazen van topmerken zoals Ray-Ban, Oakley en Vogue; ✔ Brillen afstellen en kleine reparaties uitvoeren; ✔ Bestellingen verwerken en de winkel op orde houden; ✔ Samen met je collega's netjes houden.
