Je werkt in een klein team en bent samen verantwoordelijk voor een nette, gevulde en aantrekkelijke winkel. De werkdruk kan soms hoog zijn en je bent veel fysiek bezig. Dat betekent dat je snel schakelt en graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt. Juist die afwisseling en het samenwerken maken het werk leuk en geven veel energie. Een dag als verkoopmedewerker bij Wibra Je start je dag in de winkel en stemt met je collega af wat er moet gebeuren. Vaak werk je met z'n tweeën, jullie verdelen samen het werk en gaan direct aan de slag. Er is vracht binnengekomen of er moet een nieuwe actie opgebouwd worden. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de winkel er netjes en aantrekkelijk uitziet. Je helpt klanten, vult schappen, rekent af aan de kassa en zorgt dat het kassablok en de winkel op orde blijven en er verzorgd uitzien. Je bent de hele dag actief bezig en springt bij waar nodig. Geen dag is hetzelfde en juist die afwisseling maakt het werk dynamisch en leuk. Dit is echt iets voor jou als je van aanpakken houdt en energie krijgt van drukte in de winkel.
