Klantgericht en servicegericht Als verkoopmedewerker is het belangrijk dat je klantgericht en servicegericht bent. Je vindt het oprecht leuk om klanten te helpen en te adviseren bij het maken van de juiste keuze. Met jouw goede communicatie- en luistervaardigheden weet je de wensen en behoeften van de klant te achterhalen en hier op een empathische manier op in te spelen. Daarnaast heb je affiniteit met klantcontact en ben je in staat om klantbehoeften te vertalen naar passende oplossingen, waarbij je oog hebt voor gezamenlijke resultaten. Binnen Odido krijg je bovendien volop de ruimte om je hierin verder te ontwikkelen via ons leeraanbod en gerichte trainingen.
