In deze rol zorg je ervoor dat klanten niet alleen een product kopen, maar een complete kaasbeleving ervaren. - Je adviseert klanten proactief en verkoopgericht, zodat zij met de juiste producten en een goed gevoel de winkel verlaten. - Je presenteert het assortiment en het bedrijf met enthousiasme via storytelling en laat klanten onze premium kazen proeven. - Je draagt bij aan een nette en aantrekkelijke winkel door schoonmaakwerkzaamheden en verzorgde presentaties. - Je vult schappen bij en verzorgt kassawerkzaamheden , maakt pakketten en snijdt of blokt kaas voor de proeftafels. - Je brengt de kaasbeleving tot leven in de winkel en kunt, als je dat wilt, bijdragen aan promotionele content op onze social media. Deze functie past bij kandidaten die graag werken met internationale bezoekers en energie halen uit persoonlijk klantcontact. Wat wij zoeken in jou We zoeken een verkoop collega die gastvrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid vanzelfsprekend vindt. - Je bent enthousiast en klantgericht en gaat proactief in gesprek met gasten over ons bedrijf en onze premium kaasproducten. - Je beheerst Engels en Duits goed ; andere talen zijn een plus in deze internationale winkelomgeving in Heidelberg. - Je woont in Würzburg of binnen ongeveer 30 minuten reistijd van de winkel. - Je bent fysiek in goede conditie, omdat je veel staat en actief bezig bent tijdens je werkdag. - Ervaring in horeca, toerisme of retail is mooi meegenomen, maar niet verplich...
