Krijg jij energie van tevreden klanten? Dan hebben wij een uitdagende functie voor jou! Functieomschrijving: Samen met je collega's ben je het vertrouwde gezicht én aanspreekpunt voor de klanten in ons afhaalcenter. Met persoonlijke aandacht en advies op maat, weet je klanten aan ons te binden. Door jouw actuele kennis van hout, plaat en bouwmaterialen, weet jij de juiste vragen te stellen en daarmee te achterhalen naar welke producten de klant op zoek is. Je krijgt energie van tevreden klanten en vindt het iedere keer weer een uitdaging om ze zo goed mogelijk te helpen. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat ons afhaalcenter er altijd piekfijn uitziet en weet je producten op een aantrekkelijke manier te presenteren. Doordat jij onze klanten goed kent, weet je succesvolle commerciële acties te bedenken en doormiddel van cross-selling extra omzet te genereren. Bij drukte ondersteun je de collega's in de drive-in, zodat de klant zo snel mogelijk weer onderweg is. Dit ben jij: Met jouw commerciële instelling en extroverte persoonlijkheid, haal jij voldoening uit het scoren van orders en de interactie met klanten. Je heb een representatieve uitstraling en weet als geen ander hoe je klanten op een professionele manier moet benaderen. Door jouw uitgebreide kennis van hout, plaat en bouwmaterialen kun jij klanten niet alleen het juiste product adviseren, maar kun je ook toelichten hoe de producten verwerkt dienen te worden. Doordat wij zoveel mogelijk processen digitaliseren, is het van belang dat je beschikt over goede computervaardigheden en het leuk vindt om nieuwe programma's te leren.
