Voor het afhaalcenter zoeken we een commercieel talent met actuele kennis van hout, plaat- en bouwmaterialen. Krijg jij energie van tevreden klanten en lijkt het je leuk om mee te bouwen aan onze nieuwe vestiging? Dan hebben wij een uitdagende functie voor jou! Functieomschrijving: Je wordt één van de vaste gezichten van onze nieuwe vestiging. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat klanten snel en goed geholpen worden en graag bij ons terugkomen. Je luistert goed naar de klant, stelt de juiste vragen en weet op basis van jouw kennis van hout, plaat- en bouwmaterialen het juiste advies te geven. Je werkzaamheden zijn onder andere: - Klanten adviseren over hout, plaat- en bouwmaterialen - Meedenken met klanten en passende oplossingen bieden - Commerciële kansen herkennen en benutten, bijvoorbeeld door cross-selling - Zorgen voor een nette en aantrekkelijke presentatie van het afhaalcenter - Contact onderhouden met klanten en inspelen op hun behoeften - Bij drukte je collega's in de drive-in ondersteunen, zodat klanten snel weer onderweg zijn Omdat je nauw betrokken bent bij onze klanten, krijg je bovendien goed inzicht in wat er speelt en waar kansen liggen. Daarmee draag je actief bij aan de groei van onze nieuwe vestiging. In de maanden vóór de opening werk je op onze vestiging in Haelen, zodat je onze producten, systemen en collega's al goed kent wanneer de deuren in Helmond opengaan. Ons afhaalcenter is doordeweeks én op zaterdagochtend open. Die zaterdagochtenden horen bij de functie en verdelen we in roulatie met het team.
