Wil je onderdeel zijn van een vooruitstrevend bedrijf in IJsselstein dat zich specialiseert in de verkoop en verhuur van bouwmaterieel, fietsenstallingen, opslag- en transportsystemen? Dan hebben wij de perfecte functie voor jou! - Fulltime - MBO Wat ga je doen? In de rol van Verkoopmedewerker Binnendienst ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en zorg je ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verkoopondersteuning: Opstellen van offertes en verwerken van orders. - Klantcontact: Adviseren en informeren van klanten over onze producten en diensten. - Order Verwerking: Zorgen voor een vlekkeloze administratieve afhandeling van orders. - Samenwerken met andere afdelingen: Schakel tussen logistiek, planning en verkoop om de klant zo goed mogelijk te bedienen. - After-sales service: Het opvolgen van klantvragen en zorgen voor een goede nazorg na de verkoop. Wat vragen wij? - Je hebt een commerciële mindset en denkt graag mee met de klant. - Je bent nauwkeurig en kunt goed het overzicht bewaren, ook bij meerdere lopende orders. - Je bent communicatief sterk en schakelt makkelijk tussen klanten en collega's. - Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie is een pré, maar enthousiasme en een proactieve houding vinden wij minstens zo belangrijk. - Affiniteit met bouwmaterieel of vergelijkbare producten is handig, maar geen vereiste. Wij leren je graag alles over onze branche!
