Over het werk Als medewerker verkoop binnendienst ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, zowel aan de balie als telefonisch en per e-mail. Je werkt fulltime (40 uur per week) en krijgt de kans om jezelf te ontwikkelen door professionele trainingen en doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen de organisatie. Je houdt je bezig met het opstellen en opvolgen van offertes, het verwerken en aanmaken van orders en het geven van technisch en commercieel advies. Deze functie biedt uitzicht op een vast dienstverband bij goed functioneren. Je start je werkdag met het doornemen van binnengekomen aanvragen en bestellingen. Je helpt klanten direct aan de balie of beantwoordt vragen via telefoon en e-mail. Gedurende de dag stel je offertes op, houd je de orderadministratie bij en begeleid je het volledige klantproces van aanvraag tot levering. Naast deze werkzaamheden signaleer je verkoopkansen en denk je actief mee met de klant. Ook neem je magazijntaken op je, zoals het inboeken van goederen en het zorgen voor een georganiseerd magazijn.
