Samen met je collega's zorg je er iedere dag voor dat schilders en andere vakmensen snel de juiste producten én het juiste advies krijgen. Jouw rol: het aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten Als verkoopmedewerker binnendienst ben jij een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten, voornamelijk telefonisch, per e-mail en WhatsApp. Je luistert naar hun vraag, denkt mee en geeft advies. Soms weet een klant precies wat hij nodig heeft, soms zoek je samen uit wat de beste oplossing is. Naast adviseren verwerk je bestellingen, beantwoord je vragen en zorg je dat bijzonderheden goed worden opgepakt. Je schakelt daarbij veel met collega's van de balie, het magazijn en de buitendienst. Wat ga je doen?Klanten te woord staan via telefoon, e-mail en WhatsApp.Klanten adviseren over producten, toepassingen en mogelijkheden.Geven van basis verftechnisch advies.Verwerken van klantorders in het systeem.Registreren en afhandelen van klachten, retouren en bijzonderheden.Schakelen met collega's van de balie, het magazijn en de buitendienst.Ondersteunen van collega's binnen de vestiging.
