Als Verkoopmedewerker Binnendienst in Veenendaal ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten en je collega's. Je begeleidt klanten tijdens het verkoopproces, denkt mee over passende oplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat alles goed wordt geregeld. Je krijgt in deze functie veel verantwoordelijkheid en werkt samen met verschillende afdelingen. Een afwisselende commerciële functie waarin jouw klantgerichtheid en commerciële instelling goed van pas komen! Wat ga je doen? Als Verkoopmedewerker Binnendienst ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor klanten gedurende het verkoopproces. Je luistert naar hun wensen, denkt mee over maatwerkproducten en zorgt ervoor dat zij snel en goed worden geholpen. Je werkt nauw samen met de accountmanager en collega's van onder andere inkoop, finance en sales. Ook na de verkoop blijf je betrokken bij je klanten en zorg je voor een goede service. Jouw werkzaamheden zijn onder andere: - Je begeleidt klanten gedurende het volledige verkoopproces van maatwerkproducten; - Je adviseert klanten en denkt mee over oplossingen die aansluiten bij hun wensen; - Je zorgt voor een goede aftersales en onderhoudt het contact met klanten; - Je beheert en bouwt jouw eigen klantenportefeuille verder uit; - Je stemt werkzaamheden af met collega's van onder andere inkoop, finance en sales; - Je houdt ontwikkelingen in de markt in de gaten en ziet commerciële kansen.
