DOEN WE. Verkoopmedewerker Bouwshop - Kampen - Verkoop Ben jij klantgericht, enthousiast en een echte doener? Word dan onze verkoopmedewerker voor de bouwshop! Wat ga je doen? Als verkoopmedewerker ben jij hét gezicht van de bouwshop. Jij helpt onze B2B-klanten (zoals aannemers en zzp'ers) met het vinden van de juiste materialen voor hun bouwprojecten. Van betonmortel tot bitumen, jij weet wat ze nodig hebben of vraagt het snel even na. Jij zorgt dat de klant tevreden de deur uitgaat én weer terugkomt. Verder houd je je bezig met: - Advies en verkoop : klanten ontvangen, meedenken over hun project en adviseren over producten en toepassingen. - Baliewerk en orderverwerking : offertes maken, orders invoeren en zorgen voor een soepele afhandeling. - Winkelpresentatie en voorraadbeheer : schappen bijvullen, inkomende goederen verwerken en zorgen dat alles op orde is. Van magazijn tot bouwshopvloer. - Samenwerken met collega's : samen zorgen jullie voor tevreden klanten. Of dat nu is door even te helpen tillen of snel iets af te stemmen met de binnendienst. Wat bieden wij? - Een uitdagende baan voor langere tijd bij de grootste bouwmaterialenhandel van Nederland met volop kansen om door te groeien en jezelf te ontwikkelen. - Salaris op basis van kennis en ervaring, conform de Hibin cao. Deze functie valt in schaal 4 of 5 met een maximaal bruto maandsalaris van € 2.977,45 (bij een fulltime dienstverband). - 37 vrije dagen bij een fulltime dienstverband: 25 vakantiedagen en 12 atv-dagen. De atv-dagen kun je inzetten voor extra vrije tijd of (deels) laten uitbetalen. - 8% vakantiegeld, naar keuze jaarlijks of maandelijks uit te laten keren. - Reiskostenvergoeding vanaf 10 kilometer tot maximaal 25 kilometer (enkele reis). - Medewerkerskorting op ons assortiment bouwmaterialen. Handig voor je eigen klusprojecten. - Toegang tot opleidingen en trainingen via de BMN Academie om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Wat vragen wij? ...
