Voor een gevestigde speciaalzaak, gekend om haar ambachtelijke vleeswaren, vers vlees, traiteurbereidingen en uitstekende service, zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Verkoopmedewerker Charcuterie & Traiteur.

Jouw takenpakket

Geen enkele dag is hetzelfde. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat klanten steeds kunnen rekenen op een verzorgde winkel en een uitstekende bediening.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Het bedienen en adviseren van klanten aan de traditionele toonbank.
  • Het aanvullen en onderhouden van de charcuterie-, vlees- en zelfbedieningstoog.
  • Het bereiden van vleesbereidingen, traiteurschotels en fijne vleeswaren.
  • Het verpakken van producten voor de zelfbedieningsafdeling.
  • Het ontvangen van leveringen en uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles.
  • Het naleven van de HACCP- en hygiënevoorschriften.
  • Het reinigen en onderhouden van werkmaterialen en werkruimtes.

PROFIEL Wie zoeken wij?

Wij zoeken een enthousiaste collega die klantvriendelijkheid en kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel draagt.

  • Je bent bereid te werken op zon- en feestdagen.
  • Je hebt een commerciële ingesteldheid en haalt voldoening uit tevreden klanten.
  • Je bent sociaal, klantgericht en bouwt gemakkelijk een vertrouwensband op.
  • Je werkt graag samen in een hecht team.
  • Je bent dynamisch, gemotiveerd en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Ervaring in een slagerij, traiteurzaak of voedingswinkel is een pluspunt.
  • Kennis van het bereiden van traiteurschotels is mooi meegenomen.
