Ben jij klantgericht, nieuwsgierig naar bouwmaterialen en zoek je een afwisselende baan waarin je veel leert? Dan is deze functie als fulltime verkoopmedewerker bij GAMMA Barneveld iets voor jou. Je helpt klanten met hun klusvragen, geeft advies over producten en zorgt voor een nette winkel. Zo leer je dagelijks bij én bouw je waardevolle werkervaring op, ook zonder ervaring. Wat ga je doen als verkoopmedewerker? In deze functie ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten in de winkel. Je zorgt ervoor dat ze met de juiste producten én een goed gevoel naar huis gaan én weer terug willen komen. Je taken zijn onder andere: • Klanten adviseren over producten en toepassingen • Leren over materialen en gereedschap om je advies steeds beter te maken • Zorgen voor een nette, overzichtelijke winkel • Samenwerken met collega's om de klant centraal te zetten en een nóg winstgevendere winkel te maken • Meedenken over hoe we het elke dag nóg beter kunnen doen Dit breng je mee: Ervaring in Retail of bouw is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste. Wat we vooral zoeken in iemand: • Leergierigheid en interesse in klantcontact en samenwerken voor een beter resultaat • Een actieve houding: vragen stellen en goed luisteren om écht te kunnen helpen • Enige commerciële drive • Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en het nakomen van afspraken • Flexibele beschikbaarheid: overdag, 's avonds en/of in het weekend (in overleg) Dit krijg je van ons: • Een veelzijdige functie voor 32-38 uur week, met veel ruimte voor zelfstandigheid. • Een bruto salaris is afhankelijk van je ervaring en volgens de cao Doe-het-zelf-branche.
