In de winkel ben jij hét gezicht van Medipoint, jij maakt het verschil. Als verkoopmedewerker help je klanten weer in beweging te komen en dankzij jouw advies kunnen ze weer vooruit. Dat is pas impact maken! Wat ga je doen? Als verkoopmedewerker bij Medipoint ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt in onze winkel. Je luistert goed naar de wensen van de klant en geeft duidelijke uitleg over onze hulpmiddelen en accessoires. Soms stel je extra producten voor, zodat de klant een oplossing krijgt die echt past. Naast advies geven en helpen bij aankopen, werk je ook achter de balie en bij de kassa. Je controleert binnengekomen hulpmiddelen, registreert verhuurde en verkochte artikelen en zet alles netjes in ons systeem. Samen met je collega's zorg je dat de voorraad op orde is. Zo is alles op tijd aangevuld en grijpen we nooit mis! - Je laat klanten zien wat we allemaal hebben. Denk aan rollators, rolstoelen en scootmobielen. Je legt alles duidelijk uit, zodat klanten weten wat bij hen past. - Je vertelt ook over het lidmaatschap en de voordelen van onze ledenvereniging. Kun je een klant niet verder helpen? Dan stuur je die netjes door naar de juiste afdeling. - Je behandelt binnenkomende klachten. Jij pakt dit zorgvuldig en vriendelijk op, zodat de klant zich gehoord voelt. Wat je van ons mag verwachten Je komt te werken in een organisatie waar je écht impact maakt. Dat doe je met fijne collega's en op een plek waar volop aandacht is voor jouw ontwikkeling.
