Verkoop & Persoonlijk Advies

  • Klanten ontvangen en voorzien van professioneel 1-op-1 advies op maat van hun behoeften.
  • Adviseren over computers, laptops, smartphones, accessoires, software en andere technologische oplossingen.
  • Actief inspelen op verkoopkansen door middel van bijverkoop (cross-selling en upselling).
  • Behalen van individuele en teamgerichte verkoopdoelstellingen en KPI's.
  • Opbouwen van langdurige klantrelaties door een uitstekende service en klantgerichte aanpak.
  • Opvolgen van promoties, acties en commerciële campagnes.

Telecom & Energie

  • Adviseren van klanten over telecomproducten en abonnementen voor mobiele telefonie, internet en televisie.
  • Verwerken van nieuwe telecomcontracten, verlengingen en overstappen.
  • Informeren van klanten over energiecontracten en geschikte oplossingen.
  • Begeleiden van klanten bij verhuisdossiers waarbij telecom- en energiecontracten moeten worden aangepast of afgesloten.
  • Actief bijdragen aan de realisatie van commerciële targets binnen telecom- en energieproducten.

Technische Ondersteuning

  • Diagnostiseren en oplossen van basis hardware- en softwareproblemen.
  • Installeren, configureren en onderhouden van computers, laptops, smartphones en randapparatuur.
  • Ondersteunen van klanten bij technische vragen, zowel in de winkel als via telefoon of e-mail.
  • Uitvoeren van technische controles en eenvoudige herstellingen.
  • Correct registreren en opvolgen van service- en herstellingsdossiers.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in IT, telecom en technologie.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en haalt voldoening uit het behalen van targets.
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en bent klantgericht.
  • Je kunt klanten op een professionele manier adviseren en begeleiden bij hun aankoopbeslissing.
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht en hebt technisch inzicht.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en bent een echte teamspeler.
  • Ervaring in retail, telecom, energieverkoop of technische ondersteuning is een vereiste, zeker in het behalen van targets.
