Vacature details Solliciteren Functieomschrijving Dan is Van Cranenbroek op zoek naar jou als verkoopmedewerker machines in Budel! Wat ga je doen? Van Cranenbroek is een familiebedrijf met vijf filialen in Nederland en België en ongeveer 1000 medewerkers. Ons assortiment is breed: van tuinspullen en tuinmeubelen tot diervoeding, kleding, zwembaden en decoratie. Op de afdeling machines staan de gereedschappen en tuinmachines: hogedrukreinigers, kettingzagen, grasmaaiers, bosmaaiers, accugereedschap en aggregaten. Klanten komen daar met een concrete klus en een vraag, en jij helpt ze aan de machine die daarbij past. Je werkt in een team van verkopers en rapporteert aan de teamleider of (assistent) filiaalleider. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Je staat op de winkelvloer bij de machines en zorgt dat de afdeling er verzorgd bij staat en klanten goed geholpen worden: - Klanten te woord staan en adviseren over machines en gereedschap; - Verkopen van producten en het afhandelen van de verkoop; - Het uitpakken en aanvullen van de voorraad; - Bijwonen van de folderuitleg en productuitleg, zodat je het assortiment kent; - Het verzorgen van een optimale presentatie en uitstraling van de afdeling; - Het tijdig inzetten van de (marketing) acties en thema's; - Het oplossen van klachten en het bieden van een uitstekende klantenservice; - Klanten met een defecte machine doorverwijzen naar de technische dienst; - Afhaalbonnen maken; - Controleren en aanpassen van productprijzen.
