Bij Tante Kookt werk je in onze Molukse foodwinkel in hartje Middelburg. Je helpt klanten bij het kiezen van hun favoriete gerechten, adviseert over lekkere combinaties en zorgt er samen met je collega's voor dat alles in de winkel klopt. Geen standaard winkelbaan dus. Je werkt tussen de geuren en smaken van de Molukse keuken, ontmoet vaste klanten én toeristen en helpt mensen regelmatig die voor het eerst kennismaken met onze gerechten. Wat ga je doen? Je bent één van de gezichten van Tante Kookt. Je ontvangt klanten gastvrij, maakt makkelijk contact en vindt het leuk om mensen te adviseren. Je: - helpt klanten bij het kiezen van gerechten en maaltijden; - adviseert over combinaties, rijsttafels en extra producten; - rekent bestellingen af aan de kassa; - pakt gerechten en maaltijden zorgvuldig in; - maakt bestellingen uit onze webshop klaar voor afhalen of bezorgen; - vult producten aan; - houdt samen met je collega's de winkel netjes en verzorgd. Verkopen vinden we belangrijk. Niet door klanten iets aan te smeren, maar door goed te luisteren en actief mee te denken. Zie je dat iets goed bij de bestelling past? Dan durf je dat ook gewoon te adviseren. Wie zoeken wij? Ervaring in een winkel is mooi meegenomen, maar voor ons niet het belangrijkste. We zoeken vooral iemand die: - gastvrij en enthousiast is; - makkelijk op mensen afstapt; - gevoel heeft voor verkoop; - betrouwbaar en representatief is; - zorgvuldig en netjes werkt; - werk ziet en zelf initiatief neemt; - rustig blijft als het wat drukker wordt; - goed Nederlands spreekt.
