Wat ga je doen?

Jij voelt mensen aan. Wanneer ze blij, onzeker of op hun gemak zijn. Je luistert, stelt vragen en ontdekt wat iemand echt nodig heeft. Dat doe je vanzelf. Op je werk én daarbuiten.

Bij Pearle komen mensen omdat ze niet meer scherp zien, last hebben van hoofdpijn of zich onzeker voelen over hun bril. Soms weten ze zelf niet goed wat ze nodig hebben. Dan is jouw luisterend oor en heldere uitleg precies wat hen verder helpt.

Zo is er een mama met haar zoon van tien. Hij heeft moeite met lezen op school en maakt zijn oude bril kapot. Omdat de vorige niet goed zit, is hij bang voor een nieuwe.

Jij neemt rustig de tijd, laat hem verschillende monturen passen en legt uit wat beter is voor zijn zicht én comfort. Na een paar pogingen verlaat hij blij en zelfverzekerd de winkel, mét zijn nieuwe bril. Dat zijn de momenten die jouw werk bijzonder maken.

In het kort:

  • Adviseren van klanten over monturen, glazen, contactlenzen, contactlensvloeistoffen en overige producten.
  • Afstellen en afleveren van nieuwe brillen.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte kassa-afhandeling.
  • Uitvoeren van kleine reparaties.
  • Opbergen van binnengekomen orders.
  • Zorgen dat de winkel er uitnodigend en tiptop uitziet, zodat klanten zich welkom voelen.

Werken en leren

Bij Pearle leer je terwijl je werkt. Vanaf dag één krijg je een ervaren collega als mentor die je stap voor stap meeneemt in de wereld van brillen en oogzorg.

Na een aantal maanden start je met de opleiding tot opticien in onze eigen BelgianOpticianAcademy.

Gedurende 1 schooljaar volg je live- en online klassen. Na het afleggen van je examens heb je je beroepskwalificatie tot opticien en mag je naast verkopen en adviseren ook nametingen doen. Bovendien betaalt Pearle deze opleiding!

Dit krijg jij van Pearle

  • Salaris volgens barema PC 311 voor verkoopmedewerkers met een aanpassing naar de verloning voor opticien na het behalen van je beroepskwalificatie;
  • Maaltijdcheques van 9 euro (1,09 persoonlijke bijdrage);
  • Een CAO 90 bonus per kwartaal, afhankelijk van doelstellingen;
  • Reiskostenvergoeding;
  • 26 vakantiedagen bij een fulltime contract (36 uur);
  • 2 Care dagen die je naar wens mag gebruiken. Bijvoorbeeld voor je verjaardag of een culturele dag.
  • Een uitstekende hospitalisatieverzekering en groepsverzekering;

En ….. je mag ieder jaar aan een voordelige prijs een (zonne)bril of contactlenzen uitzoeken!

Dit ben jij

Je hebt oog voor mensen en herkent verkoopsignalen door goed te luisteren. Met jouw sociale skills breng je acties op een natuurlijke, prettige manier onder de aandacht, zodat klanten met een goed gevoel en de beste deal de winkel uitgaan.

  • Je hebt minimaal je secundair onderwijs afgerond;
  • Bij voorkeur heb je ervaring in retail, horeca of lifestyle;
  • Je communiceert vlot en duidelijk in het Nederlands;
  • Het lijkt je leuk om je beroepskwalificatie tot opticien via Pearle te halen.
