Voor een klant zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste verkoopmedewerker/opticien die klanten dagelijks een warm welkom biedt en hen voorziet van deskundig advies. In deze rol ben je het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorg je ervoor dat zij de winkel verlaten met een product dat perfect aansluit bij hun wensen. Je verleent optimale service en adviseert over montuurvormen, montuurkleuren, en soorten brilglazen. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat de winkel er altijd stralend uitziet. Als je energiek bent en een passie hebt voor mode, dan is deze functie wellicht iets voor jou.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Klanten een warm welkom geven en hen voorzien van deskundig advies over brillen
  • Vragen van klanten beantwoorden met betrekking tot brillen, lenzen en zonnebrillen
  • Nieuwe brillen aanpassen en leveren aan klanten
  • Kleine herstellingen aan monturen uitvoeren om de kwaliteit te waarborgen
  • Bestellingen ontvangen en verwerken om de voorraad op peil te houden

Wat vragen wij?

  • Je beschikt over een diploma secundair onderwijs en hebt ervaring in detailhandel
  • Je bent leergierig en bereid om een interne opleiding te volgen in optiek
  • De klant staat bij jou op nummer 1 en je bent op zoek naar een fulltime (36 uur) contract
  • Je vindt werken in het weekend niet erg en deelt onze missie om iedereen te helpen
  • Je hebt een gevoel voor mode en bent gemotiveerd om een optiekmedewerker te worden
