Voor een bekende optiekketen in Leeuwarden zijn wij op zoek naar een Verkoopmedewerker Optiek. Ervaring in de optiek is niet nodig. Je wordt intern opgeleid en krijgt de mogelijkheid om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen richting opticien. Als Verkoopmedewerker Optiek help je klanten bij het vinden van de juiste bril, zonnebril of glazen. Je adviseert klanten, zorgt voor een verzorgde winkel en leert alles over optiek via trainingen en begeleiding op de werkvloer. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Het adviseren van klanten over monturen, zonnebrillen en brillenglazen. - Het signaleren van verkoopkansen en geven van passend advies. - Het afstellen van brillen en uitvoeren van kleine reparaties. - Het verwerken van bestellingen en administratieve werkzaamheden. - Het verzorgen van een nette en representatieve winkel. - Het volgen van trainingen en het ontwikkelen van productkennis binnen de optiekbranche. Wat wij jou bieden - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.684,- en € 2.946,- op basis van 38 uur, inclusief vakantiegeld. - Een aantrekkelijke kwartaalbonus die kan oplopen tot 18% van het salaris. - Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,25 per kilometer. - 25 vakantiedagen en 2 extra Care-dagen op fulltime basis. - Een uitstekende pensioenregeling en diverse aantrekkelijke werknemersregelingen. - Interne opleidingen met de mogelijkheid om binnen 2,5 jaar een mbo-4 diploma Opticien te behalen.
