Verkoopmedewerker / Planner Tuinmachines

Ben jij klantvriendelijk, georganiseerd en hou je van afwisseling in je job? Dan ben jij misschien de collega die we zoeken!

Als verkoopmedewerk(st)er ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten in de winkel, via telefoon en per mail. Je ontvangt klanten met de glimlach, helpt hen verder bij vragen en begeleidt hen bij de aankoop van tuinmachines en toebehoren.

Daarnaast sta je in voor de dagelijkse planning van installaties en herstellingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat afspraken correct worden ingepland en volgt de administratie nauwkeurig op. Ook het beantwoorden van mails en telefoons behoort tot jouw vaste takenpakket.

Je helpt mee met het klaarmaken van machines voor levering en installatie zodat alles perfect voorbereid vertrekt naar de klant. Dankzij jouw organisatorisch talent en klantgerichte aanpak zorg je mee voor een vlotte werking van onze zaak.

Je komt terecht in een jong en dynamisch team waar samenwerking, klanttevredenheid en oplossingsgericht denken centraal staan.

  • Klanten ontvangen en begeleiden in de winkel
  • Telefonen opnemen en klanten verder helpen
  • Mails beantwoorden en administratie opvolgen
  • Planning opmaken voor installaties en herstellingen
  • Machines klaarmaken voor levering en installatie
  • Klanten adviseren over producten en accessoires
  • Mee zorgen voor een nette en georganiseerde winkel
