Heb je een passie voor kwaliteitsvlees en wil je die inzetten om Cru-klanten te bedienen? Ga dan aan de slag als verkoopmedewerker in de slagerijafdeling bij Cru in Antwerpen. Je zal onze klanten adviseren en bedienen vanuit onze toog met diverse kwaliteitsproducten.

Jouw taken als verkoopmedewerker slagerij bij Cru:

  • Je brengt onze vleesbereidingen mee op smaak en maakt bestellingen klaar voor onze klant.
  • Met je passie voor vlees adviseer en inspireer je onze klanten om onze pure smaken maximaal te kunnen ervaren. Je bedient onze klanten volgens hun noden en wensen.
  • Je presenteert het vlees elke dag op een zo aantrekkelijk mogelijke manier door middel van aangeleerde presentatietechnieken en je eigen ‘touch’.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de vleesgerechten en onderhoudt de slagerij elke dag volgens de HACCP-normen.
  • Je organiseert degustaties en denkt na over commerciële acties ter ondersteuning van de verkoop.

Je werkt doorgaans op zaterdag en zondag, de favoriete winkeldagen van Cru-klanten. Je vrije dagen neem je meestal op tijdens de week. De Cru-winkels zijn van maandag tot en met donderdag geopend van 9u. tot 18u30 en vrijdag tot en met zondag van 8u. tot 18u30.

  • Motivatie - Jij krijgt iedereen mee als je met passie vertelt over onze kwaliteitsvolle producten. Heb je al ervaring als verkoopmedewerker in een slagerij? Dan is deze job zeker iets voor jou. Nog geen ervaring maar wel veel goesting om erin te vliegen? Ook dan ben je meer dan welkom!
  • Flexibiliteit - Cru is 7/7 open. Dat wil zeggen dat je ook in het weekend en op feestdagen zal werken. Daarvoor krijg je wel een dagje vrijaf tijdens de week. Je hebt een wisselend uurrooster maar je weet je uren ruim op voorhand waardoor je werk en privé vlot op elkaar afstemt.
  • Klantvriendelijk - Welke vragen je ook krijgt van klanten, jij wil dat ze met het juiste product en een tevreden gevoel vertrekken.
  • Talenkennis - Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands om de klanten vlot verder te helpen.
